As a sixth generation butcher, Andrew Bennet has owned and operated retail butcher stores for over 30 years. His business philosophy is simple, offer superior quality meat products coupled with exceptional service.
All of our meat products are hormone free and sourced from Victorian wholesalers. Our preferred supplier of pork is Otway Pork and Hazeldene’s supply or Free Range poultry fresh daily. All of our steaks are aged for a minimum of 21 days and our extensive range of homemade sausages are made from the freshest ingredients using recipes handed down through the generations. More recently, to meet the changing needs of our customers, we have extended our range to include Gluten Free products and fresh Seafood each Thursday and Friday.
